Saturday 24 March 10:00/12:00- Open Morning in church for children and adults-Tables with various activities plus artwork from the school. Jane already has quite a few helpers but if you think you can add to them please let her know. Leaflets are available for distribution on the table.
Foundation Governor-We have been urgently looking for a Foundation Governor for our church school. With regret I must advise that, so far, we have been unable to find anyone to fill this position, or even receive any suggestions or recommendations. I am extremely disappointed by this and want you to think long and hard about sparing around 10 occasions per year when you might be able to spare the time to take up this position. Tony H
Sunday March 25-We will be celebrating Palm Sunday. Palm Sunday is a Christian feast that commemorates Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem and is at the start of Holy Week which culminates in Easter Sunday April 1.
Easter Services-The Holy week and Easter services are almost upon us. Leaflets giving full details are available on the table. Please feel free to take one and if you could distribute any locally please take more than one. We have plenty to go around !
Good Friday-Stations of the Cross-We will be holding a joint service with St. Neots Church, at Eynesbury 2:15pm
Over the next few weeks, in Fr. Ken’s absence we will be ably served by
Fr. Melvyn Barnes, Fr. Roger Henthorne, and Fr. Paul Andrews. I know you will give them all your full support and will welcome Fr. Ken back for our Easter Sunday service.

This is a joint service. This service will be followed by a blessing of the rebuilt porch and an Easter Egg Hunt
St. Neots Concert Band, who will be performing for us on July 8, are performing a ‘Spring Concert’ at the United Reform Church today at 19:30-Further details from Tony Hopwood
Foodbank – Margaret Tabone’s official period as our representative at the Foodbank comes to an end in July. She is happy to continue her roll but if anyone else is interested in taking over this role or getting involved with the Foodbank please tell Tony Hopwood.
Sunday Services- At the recent PCC meeting it was agreed that we would have one Parish Service at 10:00am on the first Sunday of each month. This will be a joint service for all. The first one will be Easter Sunday April 1.
Wednesday April 11 -Will be the next Healing Service at 7:00pm

For the church: Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui The Most Revd Paul Kwong Archbishop of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui & Bishop of Hong Kong Island. We pray for survivors of clerical sexual or spiritual abuse that they may find healing.
For the world: We continue to pray for peace with justice. We pray that
national leaders, politicians and communicators may be convinced of the necessity to speak and write the truth.
Community: We pray for support and cooperation for our local Police
Force in what appears to be an upsurge in petty crime in and around
St. Neots. Also, that Fr. Ken may return safely to us from his long visit to Zimbabwe/South Africa.

Eynesbury War Memorial Project
Deb Depledge is researching all the names on the two war memorials. Do you know any of the names listed, is one of them your relative?
If so she would like to hear from you.
She is creating a memorial book in honour of the men and women named on the two memorials, which will be on view in the church.
